Building your profile on Tuzmo is easy. Here is a quick overview of the steps involved:
Setting up the profile on Tuzmo is a breeze once you get started. At any stage, you can reach out to Customer care and they will guide you on how to proceed.
Go ahead and download the app.
Once you have downloaded the app, open and scroll through the home screen till you are at the screen that shows you two buttons “Tourist” and “Artisan”.
Select “Artisan” and you will see the sign-up page.
If you have already registered on Tuzmo, go ahead and click “Log in with email” and enter your registered email and password.
You also have the option to log in or sign up using your phone number, google, or apple id. Make sure to use only one method for signing up.
For example: If you used your phone number to sign up, you should always use your phone number to log in to the app.
If you are new to Tuzmo, you’ll not have a registered account on the app, so go ahead and click on “Sign up with email”.
Here, you will be asked to create an account on Tuzmo. You can either use your email address or phone number to create your account.
Make sure you have a working email and phone number because we will send a verification code in order to verify your account.
Enter your email address and password, and click on the “Create Account” button.
The verification step is important and it is very easy to verify your account.
If you have used your email address to create an account (in the previous step), you will have to open your email inbox and look for an email from Tuzmo.
Open the email and click on the verification link.
Your account is now verified.
If you have used your phone number to create an account (in the previous step), you will have to check your messages on the phone and look for a message from Tuzmo.
You’ll find a code in that message. Enter the same code on the app.
Your account is now verified.
Log in to the app.
Once you have logged in, at the bottom of your home page, you can see all the important sections you will need to manage your account.
Start by clicking on “Profile” and entering your basic information and profile picture.
Upload a portrait-style picture of yourself with a good resolution. Click here to learn how to upload a good profile photo.
Enter your phone number and your WhatsApp number. This number is very important as our representative from your region will contact you on this number.
You can also add social media links to your profile.
Click the “Update details” button and then move on to the next section.
Your story tells the tourists who you are and why you do what you do.
Your aspirations and efforts will help tourists see the love you put into your craft, it’s cultural importance, and connect with you even before they make a purchase.

Here you need to enter your physical store location (if any). Be as exact as possible.
It is recommended that you are physically present at your store so Google can pick your location automatically.
In case you don’t have a physical store, you can add your home address.
Remember, this is the address that will be given to tourists if they want to pick up the order themselves. So be absolutely sure that you are okay with giving this address.
You can also add a video of your store or pictures to show customers your creative space in the next step.
Do not forget to add the exact location by clicking on Studio location at the very bottom of this page.
If during a certain period, you do not want to receive orders, you can select the option from “Status” and choose “Inactive”.
This will ensure your profile is not visible to customers on the app, till you make it “Active” again.
Once you are available, make sure to click “Active” from “Profile” button at the bottom right.
At the moment Tuzmo offers integration with your local bank account. We will soon be adding Paypal and other local and easy payment solutions to the app.
Enter your card details for a seamless payment transfer.
Once you receive an order payment, it will be shown in your wallet. You can withdraw that amount by clicking “Withdraw Amount”. The payment will then be transferred to your card or bank account that you have entered in this step.

Here, you can change the language of the app to your local language with ease.
Currently, Tuzmo is offering English, Turkish, and Arabic language support.
